Fabulous February Formula
Since February has 28 days, it's the perfect time to start building the solid foundation of a strong habit. And, you know I don't just DO anything without learning all about it, so I did the research (you're welcome). I looked up the best ways to create a new habit, wrote down some notes to keep me on track, and designed a printable to help me stay motivated for the month.
Et voila! My "Fabulous February Formula" was born!
YOU can join me in this quest to build a better habit. The first step is simply to decide on which goal you want to tackle. I realized that I had been slacking on using my Rodan + Fields Brow Boost, even though I saw fantastic results when I did. So I decided to challenge myself to start a new habit in February: using Brow Boost every day (it's a small act, I know, but it's something that will make me happy).
So what habit will you choose to start? Is it beauty-related like mine? Maybe you want to grow longer, more lush eyelashes to shine above your mask? Or how about smoothing out some of the fine lines and deeper wrinkles forming around your eyes? Or do you have something bigger in mind? Make it your goal to take a 10-minute walk outside every day, or to eat 5 servings of fruits & veggies. Or maybe it's something to make someone else happy - like training yourself to put your dinner plate in the dishwasher, (apparently, setting it in the sink does not make it clean by itself).
Your new habit can be whatever you want it to be! While you're thinking, take a minute to download the printable habit tracker calendar I created for February 2021. You can print it out at home, then post it somewhere you'll see it every day: in your planner, on your bathroom mirror, or on the fridge door. And every day that you complete your new habit, mark off or color in the heart - that's a little bit of motivation to see all the days marked off, and a little bit of reward to get to color in one of the hearts!
Use these steps to focus your attention on forming whichever new habit you want. It's a formula for success!

Step 1:

Download my printable habit tracker! It's set up as a 6-inch x 4-inch document in a PDF file. You can either print it on 4x6 paper at home, or just print it on a regular letter-size sheet and cut it on the trim marks so it fits where ever you want to post it.
